I want to get fit! My weight (along with my happiness) has fluctuated for too long. Especially since I am a pescatarian, I easily slip into carb-heavy weeks, when I know I should eat more fruits and veggies instead...I know I can reach my goal of 125 lbs if I find balance in my life - this tumblr will serve as a fitness/food journal, inspiration board, and check-in point to get and keep me healthy and happy :)
